Overview

Copilot makes it simple to embed a Typeform directly within your portal. Typeform features form design, where users can design customized forms using a drag-and-drop interface.

App Setup

1. Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.

2. Click Add under Typeform. Set a title and icon that represents the app.

3. We recommend setting this up as an automatic App so that your Typeform will be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a manual App.

4. Leave the app set to as Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

5. Next, go to your Typeform home page. To share a Form, click the drop-down menu for the desired form and click Share.

6. On the new page, click the Copy Link button.

7. Go back to the App Setup page and paste the copied link into the content box.

Typeforms with hidden fields

If you're using a Typeform with hidden fields, you will want to place the share link inside of an iframe, otherwise it will not embed with the correct hidden fields.

Copy the code below and paste your share link where the share-link placeholder is:

To preview the app as a client, click Portal at the bottom of the sidebar and click Open portal. Once you're logged in as your test client you'll be able to view the connected app.
